KEY STAGE 4

Overall, our Key Stage 4 maths program aims at developing students' skills and confidence in using mathematical techniques to solve problems, reason and communicate mathematically, and apply mathematical concepts to real-world situations.

Some of the topics covered include:

1. Number: Students will learn about number and place value, fractions, decimals and percentages.

2. Algebra: Students will learn about algebraic expressions, equations and formulae.

3. Geometry and measures: Students will learn about angles, properties of shapes and geometric reasoning

KEY STAGE 3

In Key Stage 3 our tuition programme includes the following topics:

Years 4 - 6 tuition program

Among other topics, students will learn to use mathematical tools such as calculators, measuring instruments, and computer software to support their understanding of mathematical concepts.

1. Number and place value: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.

2. Geometry: Properties of 2D and 3D shapes, symmetry, and position and direction.

3. Statistics: Data handling, including collecting and recording information and using graphs, charts, and tables to represent data.

Years 2 & 3 tuition program

This list includes some of the subjects we will be covering in the year 2 & 3 tuition programme. Classes will be running throughout the year covering these subjects and parents can opt for particular topics. For more details on how this works please contact us by filling out the inquiry form above the or simply send us an email.

1. Number and place value: Counting and comparing numbers up to 100, including numbers beyond 100.

2. Addition and subtraction: Adding and subtraction up to two-digit numbers and solving problems with them.

3. Multiplication and division: Understanding multiplication and division by dividing or grouping (e.g., grouping by twos or fives).
